About Kim: Kim Marshall’s 25 years of experience in marketing & PR includes working as a consultant and Executive Committee member for the launch of two of the most acclaimed resorts in the history of Hawaii, the 1,200 room Hyatt Waikoloa & the 700-room Grand Wailea Resort & Spa. After 10 years of corporate in-house marketing, she founded The Marshall Plan in 1995 and became the first hospitality and lifestyle PR firm to specialize in their growing spa market. Positioned as a Lifestyle Trend Expert, Kim has spoken around the country on marketing; has been quoted in national magazines & newspapers such as Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler and Travel Weekly and has appeared on Fox TV, QVC, Access Hollywood and her own 30-minute newsmagazine show called The Spa Life that she developed for Fox’s Health Network. Additionally, Kim has consulted for Fortune 500 companies including: Coca-Cola, Proctor & Gamble and Walgreens. The original public relations & branding representative for ISPA, the spa industry’s largest trade organization, Marshall has also served on the Board of the Green Spa Network; served as a Media Advisor to the Global Wellness Summit and is one of 83 Global Wellness Day Ambassadors from around the world and also a member of the Global Wellness Institute’s “Beauty Meets Wellness Forum.”

About Darlene: This dynamic, results-orientated marketing and communications professional with 20+ years of experience in marketing, branding, media relations and publicity has helped propel her clients to the top of prestigious magazine awards lists. Fiske worked on-site as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Lake Austin Spa Resort where she was responsible for sales and marketing efforts targeting the top 1% of affluent consumers in the United States. She has served on the marketing task force for the International Spa Association, is currently on the Women in Leadership committee for the Global Wellness Institute, has spoken at industry conferences and has written for a variety of publications including FathomAway, Organic Spa, Spa Opportunities and Forbes.
